This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house sleeps 9 people (4 adults and 5 children) comfortably. Located near Killington and Pico (20 minute drives to either) a variety of summer activities are easily accessible, including hiking, fishing, horseback riding, swimming and mountain/road biking. The house is located in Pittsfield VT, a few miles up Rt. 100 in a quiet residential area suitable for children. The wraparound deck is ideal for barbecues or a long day of sun and relaxation.
The house is ready to move into for your summer vacation, just bring your toothbrush. And for those folks who absolutely have to be able to work or just want to stay in touch, a full time satellite internet connection with a wireless local area network (wired is also available). While there is no direct connection to either commercial or cable TV a substantial DVD collection is available for your viewing pleasure.
The house is available from 01-May until 30-Sep. The cost is $4250 for the summer plus utilities (typically less than $100/month) and mowing. The tenant is also responsible for all minor repairs. A deposit of $1000 for cleaning is required to be returned upon return of the property in good condition to the owners.
