Two living rooms with two beautiful fireplaces. 7-person outdoor Jacuzzi on huge wraparound deck with grill. Great room features hardwood floors and 20 ft wall of glass. The house has satellite TV, online access and fully equipped kitchen. (There is a small apartment downstairs with separate entrance that has no access to house.)

Summer rates (April 8 - November 30):
$700/weekend; $150/each additional night.

$2400 for 4 nights
$2700 for 5 nights
$2900 for a week
Holiday rates:
$900/night New Years (5-night minimum - no exceptions)
$700/night for President's Week (5-night minimum – no exceptions)
$1650/Thanksgiving (Wed.-Sunday, $300 for additional night).
10% VT rooms tax added to all rates.
