On the same farm, below, you can also rent our immaculate mobile home. It has lovely views of Bear Mountain and the meadows and wildlife. It has two small bedrooms, laundry room, open kitchen and dining and living room and is completely furnished. It has a large deck to enjoy the views and wildlife.
A ten-minute walk from the Long Trail, Appalachian Trail and Clarendon Gorge. Ideal for fishing and swimming. Covered bridge and old mill in the village of East Clarendon. Close to ski areas - 20 minutes to Killington and 20 minutes to Okemo. Near Route 103.

Pear Tree Mobile home is $750.00 a month plus utilities. $4,200 for entire ski season Nov. 1 to May 1.
