Rochester is centrally located to everything in the state, bordering on a state forest. All ski areas in the state are no more than an hour away, most less. Ski trails for cross country and snowmobiles run behind the property. Hiking, fishing, tubing & golf nearby.

Hike down the mountain for a delicious breakfast at the Rochester Café. For dinner Rochester has two excellent restaurants, The Porch and The Huntington House.

Summer: $700 per week, 2 day wknd $400, 3 day wknd $600.
Fall: $1,000 per week, 2 day wknd $500, 3 day weekend $700.
Ski Season (November-April): $1200 per week. 2 day wknd $600, 3 day wknd $800.
9% VT state rooms tax is not included. A $200 refundable security is required.
