Bedrooms: #1-king, #2-queen, #3-queen, #4-set of bunks with (double) full-size mattresses (sleeps up to 4). Additional sleeping: queen futon in loft, queen pullout couch. Sleeps up to 14.
Close to Killington and Okemo for great skiing. Snowmobile trails accessible nearby. In summer, bike and hike or spend time down by the lake. You'll find a private peninsula with swimming or launching area and firepit for evening campfires and marshmallow roasting. Two canoes available for use. Small fixed dock with floating swim platform. Bring your own kayaks and fishing gear. About 15 minutes to Woodstock or Ludlow. Come for a weekend or a season! No smoking and no pets.

$700 per night Christmas-New Year's (12/25 to 01/03 - 5 night minimum)
$600 per night President's Week (minimum nights apply - call)
Summer rentals by the week: $1700.
$500 refundable security deposit.

NOTE: 10% Vermont room tax will be added to all short-term rentals.
