Country farmhouse is located near the village of East Corinth. Highland cattle are raised on the farm. The fields surrounding the farmhouse are hayed in the summer. There is a small pond on the farm. In winter guests can cross country ski, sled, show shoe the surrounding fields. There is no through traffic on the road. East Corinth has a country store and shopping and restaurants are available in Bradford, ten miles away. Travel to St. Johnsbury is about forty miles; Barre/Montpelier about thirty miles. The drive to Hanover/Lebanon NH area is approximately forty miles where the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is located.

The house includes a large, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher); living room; VCR/DVD (TV connection can be arranged); all linens and bedding provided, washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub) are located on the first floor. Four bedrooms and one bathroom with shower are located on the second floor. Working woodstove in kitchen, no fireplaces. The road to house is plowed in the winter. Topsham Telephone Company has high speed and/or wireless internet service available.

Monthly rental:
$2,200 per month April - October, December.
$1,800 per month November, January - March.

Two week rental: $1300.
If weekend is available $500 for family gathering or wedding.


Rent includes all expenses except long distance phone service and internet connection. Connection to the internet can be arranged with Topsham Telephone Company at 802 439-5325. Cell phone service is limited but sometimes available at top of hill.
