Two miles from the historic village of Grafton at the end of the road at the top of the hill. This 2,000 square foot home features a mudroom entry and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and island breakfast bar. There is a handicapped accessible first floor bedroom with double bed and adjoining bath with tub/shower and bidet. The dining area, off the kitchen, has a ten foot, farmhouse style table that seats eight. The book-lined living room with fireplace offers satellite television and CD player. There is also a screened/glassed porch, furnished in wicker, looking out on the meadow. Upstairs, there are two rooms with double beds and a third room with skylights and a twin bed. There is also a full bath with tub/shower.

The house is furnished in antiques. All linens are provided. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. The woodshed, off the mudroom, is fully stocked with logs for the fireplace. There is also a grill located on the stone patio off the screened porch.

The house is located on 200 acres of wooded and mowed fields. Hiking trails lead throughout the property and there are two spring-fed ponds for swimming, canoeing and kayaking. There is also a wood-fired sauna located in the woods next to one of the ponds.

Friday/Saturday weekend $800.
Three night weekender $1000.
Weekly $1250.
Monthly $4000.
