The two guest bedrooms can sleep 4 more, and share the second full bath; additional 1/2 bath off living area. Second bedroom has day bed with trundle. Third bedroom can be for storage or living space, or equipped with two twin beds. Let us know your preference before arrival.

Revive on the slopes with 3 major ski areas nearby - Magic Mountain, 7 miles; Okemo, 11 miles; Bromley, 16 miles; and Stratton less than 20 miles. There are 5 Nordic ski centres within 10 miles, closest just 4 miles. If you have your own skis, how does skiing in your own backyard sound? Snowmobile from the driveway to VAST and beyond; Tater Hill Golf Course less than a mile.

If you want to make this year something you'll always remember, consider renting for the season for just $2500 per month. Includes telephone (you pay long distance), electric (up to $150/mo), snow clearing, satellite with 2 DVRs, and pellets for stove. Fuel oil (heat) is included up to $300/mo, which should be more than adequate. Wireless internet for fee available upon request; one call and it's ready to use, router, etc in place.

Pets negotiable.

Weekends are available for $400; full week $1000; rent entire month of December for $4500. Will consider other scenarios. Deposit required; consideration appreciated.
