Lake Champlain waterfront: 50' of beach. This quaint, charming 2-story Cape Cod style cabin is located on a dead end road. Fully-equipped & newly remodeled kitchen w/ breakfast bar; washer/dryer, dishwasher. Separate dining area, 4-season porch, electric heat, living room with Direct TV, DVD/VHS, selection of movies. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, master has king-size bed, twin bunks in other bedroom, plus day bed on 1st floor porch.
Enjoy the canoe & paddleboat; beach is a walk across the lawn. Relax on the new 20'x16' deck that overlooks the lake. Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture. Two bonfire pits, one on the beach, a smaller firepit near the cabin w/ firewood/kindling included. We supply the linens & towels. If you don't want to cook, w/in a couple of miles drive, there are several quaint towns with excellent restaurants & delicious, inexpensive home cooked meals.
Most camps use lake water; we have well water. Mooring, dock come with the rental. Magnificent westerly views & spectacular sunsets are free every night from screened porch, deck or beach.
For the comfort of others, NO pets and NO smoking please. Owner has asthma.
Conveniently located in Franklin County, it's 45 minutes to Burlington VT, Montreal Quebec, Plattsburgh New York; 1 hour to Stowe

Rental is from Sat.-Sat. Check-in is after 3 pm & check-out is before 9 am
October 15th - May 15th: closed.
May 16th - June 27th: $725/week; (with state tax the total is $790).
June 27th - Aug. 29th: $900/week; (with state tax the total is $980).
August 29th - October 10th: $800/week; (with state tax the total is $872).
