This 2-story apartment is compact but complete. Full bath upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 2 windows; 1 queen bed and 1 single futon. Cute living and dining rooms. Internet, fully-equipped kitchen, parking off-road, comfortable front porch. Washer-dryer available. We provide bedding and towels. Note that we do not have cable TV, but the large screen is internet-enabled and the antenna enables local channels PBS, CBS, ABC, Ion, MeTV, NBC.

Burlington/ Lake Champlain - 6 miles by car or bus (bus stop 2 blocks away)
Brownell Library, photo gallery, quilting shop - 2 blocks
Lincoln Inn/ On Tap tavern with live music, Mexican food - 1 block
Amtrak to NYC and Washington, DC - 2.5 blocks

We are the owners and live in the other half of the house, so if you need assistance we are available. If not, we leave you to your devices.

The following prices include Vermont's 9% rooms tax, $50 cleaning fee (one-time), and utilities:

Each night: $110 (minimum 2 nights = $220)
Week: $630
Month: $2000

A $100 damage deposit will be required for 2 to 21 days.
A $200 damage deposit will be required for longer stays.
All deposits are refundable upon inspection before, or just after, departure.
